Anti-Discrimination Counselling

If you feel in any form discriminated in the process of searching (and/or applying) for jobs and apprenticeship training position, you can contact the “Antidiskriminierungsstelle ADA” (anti-discrimination-agency in the work environment). Their service is independent, free of charge and anonymous.

The team of the anti-discrimination-agency will help you to better understand why you may find yourself in a discriminating situation and assists you in finding solutions. This may include that the team of “Antidiskriminierungsstelle ADA” signposts you to other services such as lawyers, unions, counsellors or support groups.

“ADA” offers three different advice services: personal appointments in ADA offices, support and advice via telephone and online-consultations (e-mail or chat). The team can assist you in german, english or turkish. They might also be able to help you in other languages, please call them or send them a mail to ask if the language you would like to speak is offered.
