Care assistants care for people who are elderly, ill and in need of care on a daily basis. They support those in need of care and assist nursing staff. There is a great need for qualified care assistants in almost all areas of health and nursing care, care for the elderly and family care.
This is an evening course which is delivered on a part-time basis and provides participants with entry into the nursing field or refreshes skills in the case of current care assistants.
