Training: Confidently conducting challenging conversations with parents – PBW

It is not possible without parents. They know their child best and are important partners for you as an educational professional. Together, you can effectively support children in their development.

However, it is not always easy to initiate conversations with parents or to conduct them in a way that satisfies everyone. In this training course, you will learn what factors and dynamics can make conversations difficult – and how you can still find good solutions. The PBW takes a practical approach, offers opportunities for exchange, and reflects together with you.

The training consists of two intensive days and a third day with a little time in between. This allows you to try out what you have learned and share your experiences.

You can participate if you are an educational professional working with children aged 0–6 in a daycare center, nursery, or child daycare.

Contents:

Understanding the causes and dynamics of difficult conversations
