Preparing for and taking the language exam (C2)

Would you like to demonstrate your C2 German language skills as part of the recognition procedure or as a language support teacher in Bremen? Are you already familiar with what it takes to be a teacher in Bremen and do you communicate confidently in everyday school life?

You can prepare for and sit the specialised “C2” language exam for schools at the Paritätisches Bildungswerk.

You can take part in this course and the subsequent examination if you are a teacher in the process of being recognised or if you work as a language support teacher in Bremen.

At the end of the qualification, you will take the scenario-based specialised language exam for schools (C2).

In addition to the communicative skills of reading, speaking, writing and listening, the scaled specialised language exam also tests your ability to respond appropriately to different interlocutors (pupils, parents, colleagues) and to apply job-related texts (legal texts, specialist educational texts) to specific challenges of everyday school life in order to act confidently in the professional role of a teacher.
