Further training Education from a child’s perspective – PBW

Project work is a very good method of supporting children’s learning in kindergarten. It works particularly well when the projects match the children’s interests and needs.

Education in the early years should respond to each child individually, be based on the children’s everyday lives, and involve the children. This is also stated in the new education plan of the state of Bremen. Educational professionals should take learning opportunities from the children’s everyday lives and link them to specific learning goals.

This training course will help you to start and carry out projects with children aged 0–6. The aim is to respond to the children’s ideas and impulses, but also to introduce specific educational content. The focus is on the children’s independent action, activity, and creativity. You will also learn to observe, understand, record, and reflect on the children’s learning processes.

All educational professionals who work with children aged 0–6 in daycare centers, nurseries, or child daycare can participate.
