Further training course on leadership skills

Are you or will you be a manager active in the areas of participation, housing and working and want to sharpen your leadership skills?

In this further education course, you will expand on and strengthen your leadership skills, reflect on your leadership role, learn specialist and methodological knowledge in areas such as communication and conflict management and thereby professionalise your area of responsibility.

Participation

You can take part in this training programme if you are a (prospective) manager active in the areas of participation, housing and working.

Content:

• Module 1: The basics of leadership
• Module 2: Communication and conflict management
• Module 3: Team leadership and development
• Module 4: Change management
• Module 5: Leadership skills in everyday work

You will take part in a final colloquium at the end of the further education course.
