Develop your skills – Face to Face

“Face to Face“ is an employment programme for migrants aged 18 and older. You can make use of various exercises and courses to strengthen and improve your own skills. You learn, among other things, how to work in groups, improve your written and spoken German, recognise and live your life according to certain values, identify and follow goals and wishes, as well as learning about creativity, perceiving your own body, organisation and stamina.

You will also be supported in the following areas: internships, vocational training courses, work and study.

If you manage to complete at least 50 programme hours, you will be awarded the “Bremer Kompetenznachweis” certificate.
