Training as a social education assistant with a focus on inclusion – PBW

Would you like to support children with special needs on their own path and open up new opportunities for them?

The social education assistant training program teaches you all the important basics for working with children. With a focus on inclusion, you will learn how to support children with various disabilities in a sensitive and confident manner in their everyday lives at daycare and school.
The training is practical and part-time. You will be prepared to work in educational and multi-professional teams and to care for, teach, and educate children with and without disabilities.

You can participate in the training or retraining program if you have a secondary school diploma (Realschulabschluss) or an equivalent school diploma from abroad and can demonstrate German language skills at level B2.

Elective area: Practical reflection and in-depth courses on the topic of inclusion

The content is based on the educational requirements of the framework plan for education and training in the elementary sector in Bremen and Lower Saxony. In the elective area, the general content is supplemented and deepened with topics related to inclusion.

If necessary, the course is supplemented by specialized language training in the field of education.
