Preparatory literacy course

Lorin Erziehung & Beratung Unternehmensgesellschaft runs an ESF-funded preparatory literacy course. Both courses are designed for adults aged 18 and over.

The preparatory literacy course gives you the tools to attend a literacy course at a later date. The course introduces participants to regular learning and working and trains the basic motor skills and abilities that you need to be able to write correctly (pen guidance). Participants will experience their first sense of achievement within the classroom and in terms of reducing their inhibitions thanks to the low-threshold and compulsory nature of the course. The preparatory literacy course is aimed at illiterate adults who have little or no “experience writing”. The course is also aimed at adults who are already taking part in ongoing literacy courses if participants are at risk of non-completion. In addition to a course with a mixed group of participants, we also run a women-only course with childcare.
