Although the Polizei-Sportverein was founded by policemen, anyone can join the association and work out nowadays. There is a range of sports activities:

- Swimming, beginners’ swimming courses,
- Aquarobics
- Gymnastics
Club members can take part in all sports. It also organises a youth camp and various events, including sightseeing tours and trips around Germany and abroad.
