Advanced training in neurodiversity in adulthood – PBW

Expand and deepen your educational skills in dealing with different target groups, diverse life situations, and challenging work contexts.

In an increasingly diverse working and living environment, it is becoming more and more important to understand neurodivergent perspectives. People on the autism spectrum, with ADHD, or other neurodivergent characteristics have many strengths and potential—but often encounter structural barriers, a lack of understanding, or insufficient support.

In our training course, you will gain practical knowledge and concrete tools to effectively accompany, support, and include neurodivergent people in various fields of work. The course focuses on the needs and strengths of those affected as well as the requirements for professionals, teams, and institutions.

The goal is to develop an inclusive understanding of diversity and to learn practical approaches for neurodiversity-friendly work.

You can participate in the training……

if you work as a professional in a social services institution (especially in residential and outpatient care facilities, workshops, inclusive businesses, youth welfare, and refugee and migration work) or a medical institution…
if you have German language skills at least at the B2 level
