Advanced training in neurodiversity for active school assistants and systemic assistants – PBW

Competent in action: Accompany, support, and encourage children in elementary school individually and according to their needs.

In this advanced training series, you will learn about educational approaches and methods as well as (legal) framework conditions in order to develop and expand your skills in the field of elementary school education. Building on your existing experience and through both theoretical and practical engagement, you will increase your skills in accompanying, supporting, and encouraging children individually and according to their needs. You will also reflect on your own educational work and engage with professional cooperation in a team and support system. You can book either the entire training series or individual modules.

You can participate in the training if you work as a school assistant or systemic assistant at a primary school or if you have German language skills at least at B2 level.
