As an assistant for digitalization in office management, you will help make processes and projects smoother and more efficient for yourself and your colleagues by linking tasks to digital tools in a meaningful way. You will be the point of contact when it comes to using digital tools to automate tasks in a time-saving manner and making effective use of platforms or apps to network successfully, provide agile support, and collaborate effectively.

Requirements:
- Interest in digitalization: Since the training focuses on digitalization, you should have an interest in digital tools and working methods.
- Prior knowledge: A basic understanding of computer applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is helpful.
- Education: A good secondary school diploma or better German language skills at least at level B2.
- Completed vocational training or an equivalent vocational qualification, a discontinued degree, people without vocational training should have relevant professional experience in office management or a comparable field
- Motivation and willingness to learn: The willingness to acquire new skills and learn continuously is crucial.
