“Gewitterziegen e. V. ” is an association which promotes feminist work among girls. The association runs a regular weekly programme at the advice and education centre in Bremen’s Neustadt district. In conjunction with other projects, excursions and trips, there is a varied programme for girls and young women aged between six and 26.
In the open girls’ meeting place, the association organises leisure and educational activities together with the participants and offers support in difficult life situations: creative activities, baking, listening to music, playing, trips to the park … whatever the participants feel like doing. Girls (especially those with a migration background) can also access help with their schoolwork.
