OT-Boxen apprend la boxe aux adolescents. Les adultes peuvent également participer. L’entraînement est varié et exigeant. Il s‘agit également d’y apprendre le respect les uns envers les autres. En effet, la boxe sert d’outil pédagogique en matière de prévention contre la violence et aide à faire passer son agressivité. La boxe aide également à s’intégrer.
